In a skillet add…
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Half a bag of organic cut kale
Lightly brown the garlic on the olive oil with the salt and pepper. Add the kale, coat it with the lightly brown garlic. Turn the stove to low and cover the pan for 2 mins. Uncover, mix the kale a little and make sure it is crisp and glistening green. Serve and enjoy!
